HELP WANTED
Over four and a half years ago, I started up this little escape on the interwebs called "Tiki Bar Online." For quite some time I developed the theme by myself and posted about a variety of topics. Then Keith came on board, adding some variety to the voices and taking a bit of the burden off me. And now...it's finally time to add some more voices.
If you have a passion of cigars, a discerning palate, and some writing skill...OR an undeniable charisma in front of a video camera!...we want to hear from you!
WHAT IT PAYS: nothing. Sorry, I have yet to know of a cigar blogger that has struck it rich and we definitely are not in that boat. We do this for the love of the leaf and a desire to share our observations with others.
However, if you become a regular contributor to the Tiki Bar Online there is a good chance you will end up getting samples from some cigar vendors...nothing guaranteed, but it's always a possibility. The truth is we started off buying every single stick we reviewed and still end up purchasing the majority of them.
WHAT IS REQUIRED: Besides the above mentioned items (writing or video skill, a decent palate and a love of cigars) we need someone who is willing to commit. Our goal is to publish new content 5 days a week. We need people who are willing to commit to one day a week, once every two weeks...heck, even once a month!...to write a cigar review or some other cigar-related material.
